John Clifford
As we near our 100th celebration we want to recognize John Clifford, an expert skier who had a passion for uphill transportation, snow management and production.
John Clifford was described as a “ski pioneer” and “the father of popular skiing” and was instrumental in the development of Camp Fortune as well as several other area hills. We thank John Clifford for his leading roll in the development of Camp Fortune as the downhill ski resort we know today.
