A season pass for lessons:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Please remember ALL Snow school participants require a season pass in addition to the lesson fee. A season pass really is the best option for lesson participants since you will be skiing a minimum of 9 days during the season. When you register for lessons you will be able to purchase a specially priced unlimited season pass and a rental package as needed. If you are taking lessons on a Saturday or Sunday, you will purchase this unlimited season pass. If you are registering for Weekday or Night lessons, you also have the option to choose a Weekday, Night or Almost Anytime season pass.\u00a0<\/p>\n

All lesson participants without a valid season pass will be sent to customer service for assistance and will miss valuable lesson time so please be prepared!\u00a0<\/p>\n

Renting vs leasing equipment for lessons:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Rental skis or snowboards are available for lessons and you can select this option when you purchase your lessons.
Seasonal ski lease packages will be available early this winter. These cannot be reserved online, customers lease these packages directly at La Boutique.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What\u2019s the difference between rentals and seasonal leases?
<\/strong>When you rent skis or snowboards, you pick up your equipment before each lesson and drop it off after each lesson. We store it and tune it up as needed, all winter long. When you lease skis for the season you pick up the equipment at La Boutique and keep it with you for the season. This allows you to ski anywhere, anytime and return the equipment at the end of the season. You may\u00a0choose to purchase the equipment at this time.<\/span><\/p>\n

*Helmets are not included in either option, please purchase a helmet at La Boutique or the retailer of your choice.<\/p>\n

Lesson program terms and conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Lessons are scheduled for specific dates and times. While we recognize that various circumstances may affect attendance, there are no refunds, credits or make ups given for missed classes. A make-up date will only be scheduled at the end of the program (typically the following week) if the resort is forced to close. All requests for refunds or changes must be received by December 14th and are subject to a $50 admin fee. No requests for changes will be accepted once programs have begun. In the case of injury or long-term illness (with medical note), a credit will be issued on a Camp Fortune gift card for an amount equivalent to the value of the remaining courses. Private ski lessons are a great way to learn as our instructors can adapt the lesson to your ski level and focus on your specific needs. Lessons are priced per person and are available for 1 or 2 people. All participants in the same lesson must be the same skill<\/strong> level and the same age range.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n

Please book online in advance. Scheduled lessons go ahead <\/span>regardless<\/span><\/i> of weather conditions, ie, snow, rain, cold. Please be sure to arrive well prepared for any weather conditions that day.<\/span><\/p>\n

A private\u00a0 snowboard lesson offers you the benefits of personalized instructions, allowing you to progress as we focus on your needs. Lessons are priced per person and are available for 1, 2 people. All participants must be the same skill level and same age range<\/strong>. Book in person or online.<\/p>\n

Scheduled lessons go ahead regardless of weather conditions, ie, snow, rain, cold. Please be sure to arrive well prepared for any weather conditions that day.<\/p>\n

This is a 2-hour, group session<\/strong> for those that are new to snow sports. The Beginner 101 program includes a one-time only, 2-hour group lesson, access to the beginner area and rental equipment, including a helmet, and can only be booked online.<\/p>\n

The instructor teaches the first time skier or snowboarder basic skills including safe handling of equipment, how to balance, stopping techniques, speed control and basic turns.<\/p>\n

The lesson takes place on the magic carpet learning area.\u00a0<\/p>\n

We supply the skis or snowboard and boots and the helmet.
You come dressed in your warm winter gear.
