Winter Season Pass:

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

The person(s) named on this application assume(s) all risk of personal injury and loss or damage to property. ALL PASSES ARE ISSUED TO A PERSON AND ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. PASS PRIVILEGES WILL BE REVOKED WITHOUT REFUND OR CREDIT IF THE PASS IS USED BY A PERSON OTHER THAN THE REGISTERED PASSHOLDER. A Camp Fortune season pass holder is obligated at all times to respect the Alpine Skier / Snowboarding Code of Conduct of Quebec (L.R.Q., S-3,1), as well as all the rules and regulations imposed on the use by Camp Fortune management.

SEASON PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. A season pass credit can be issued for the following season with a medical letter from a doctor provided before January 12. Limited season passes including Weekday, Night, and Almost Anytime are not eligible for credits once the season starts. Requests to transfer an unused pass to a different person will be honored before Jan 2. A $50 admin fee will be charged for any name changes, transfers before the January 2 deadline, or medical credits before the January 12 deadline.

Season passholders who reload their season pass online will receive a discount of 5% off the current price. The discount will not be applied to past purchases or purchases in person.

Your season pass is loaded onto an Express Card. If you do not yet have a Member Express card, you will have the occasion to purchase one for $5 along with your season pass. Express cards should be reloaded year after year so we recommend keeping it in a safe place.

If you reloaded a season pass onto your Member Express card online, it will automatically be valid for the upcoming season; it is not necessary to come to customer service to pick up a new card or have it activated.

New passholders: You may pick up your season pass during office hours, before your first ski visit. The first few weeks of skiing are usually very busy with pass pick-ups.

 

Camp Fortune reserves the right to change ski season hours and rates without notice.

*Weekday pass: valid Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. Weekday blackout dates in effect, see season pass page for dates.

**Night Pass: valid Monday to Saturday from 3 pm to 9 pm and Sunday from 3 pm to 7 pm. (Night skiing usually begins around Dec 27th and runs until the 3rd week in March. Schedule TBD and is subject to change). There are no blackout dates for night skiing. Please note the ski hill closes at 4:00 pm on Dec 31st, Jan 1st and on Sundays at 7:00 pm.

***Almost Anytime passes are valid weekdays from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, and 7 nights a week. Additionally valid these bonus dates: anytime before Dec. 24th and after March 7th. Blackout dates in effect, see season pass page for dates., during these dates you may only use this pass after 3pm on nights when we have night skiing. (Night skiing usually begins on Dec 27th and runs until the 3rd week in March schedule TBD). Please note the ski hill closes at 4 pm on Dec 31st, Jan 1st, and at 7:00 pm on Sundays.

*****Family Pass: must be for 3 persons of the same family living at the same address with a maximum of 2 adults. Proof of address required on request.

Any violations will result in loss of privileges. All passes are issued to a single named individual and are non-transferable. Season passes are non-refundable. Please refer to our REFUND POLICY on our website.

As a condition of use of the ski area facilities, this pass is issued in consideration of your commitment to respect the Mountain Code of conduct as well as the applicable regulations of the ski area. This pass is revocable and can be confiscated without prior notice and refund.

The participant recognizes, accepts and assumes the inherent risks of snow sliding sports. For a fulfilling and safe experience you must respect the Mountain Code of Conduct and be courteous with other participants.

You must respect the resort’s regulations and signage posted in regard to the activities happening within the boundaries of the ski area.

Be aware of and adhere to the Code. It’s your responsibility!

The holder of the present ticket agrees: (1) to elect a judicial domicile in Quebec, in the judicial district of the ski area which will be the exclusive forum for any and all claims and (2) that the laws of Quebec will apply.

Camp Fortune Academy Ski and Snowboard Lessons:

Having registered with the Camp Fortune Ski and Snowboard academy, I hereby release Camp Fortune and the Camp Fortune ski and snowboard academy and all of their officers, employees or instructors from all claims for damages or injury sustained by me and/or my dependents registered with the academy as a result of any activities, lessons, race training or competitions sponsored, or carried on by the Camp Fortune Ski and Snowboard academy.

In the case of minors:

I am duly authorized to represent the interests of the registered minor. I agree to allow the said person in my care to participate in skiing and snowboarding activities. I accept full responsibility under all terms and conditions of this agreement, and will indemnify Camp Fortune and its agents.

I acknowledge there are inherent risks and dangers associated with skiing/snowboarding and the use of ski lifts and I accept to bear the entire responsibility for any bodily injury, moral damage or property damage resulting from the inherent risks or dangers and accept to exonerate the ski school from any liability for any bodily injury, moral damage or property damage resulting therefrom.

The lesson programs are offered for a designated set of days at a specific time. Once registered this is not adjustable. The programs are offered for nine (or three for holiday programs) day/time slots, students are encouraged to attend as many of these specific lessons as possible. There are no make-up lessons. It is understood that other factors may prevent attendance. A specific make up day may be added to the end of the program,  (i.e. the following week), if and only if the area is forced to close. There will be no credits or refunds for missed lessons (this includes the potential make up at the end of programs).

Reloaded Lift Tickets:

Once you have reloaded your lift ticket you may go directly to the lift. Lift tickets are valid for the days / dates specified or for the day of your choice within the current ski season (generally November to April). 

Lift ticket holders agree to the Mountain code of conduct and liability release.

Ski & snowboard rentals

RENTAL EQUIPMENT

All skiers and snowboarders are subject to our mountain code of conduct. All rentals are DATE SPECIFIC, NON-TRANSFERABLE  and NON-REFUNDABLE. The practice of snow gliding sports bears elements of risk that common sense and personal awareness can help reduce. Observe the Mountain code of conduct and share with others the responsibility for a great outdoor experience. You must show courtesy to others and obey all other rules and signs pertaining to any particular activity as marked out by the resort. Know the code. Be safety conscious. It is your responsibility!

The signatory and participant recognize, accept and assume the inherent risks of snow sliding sports such as skiing and snowboarding. The signatory and participant assume all risks of personal injury or any material damage resulting from the said risks.

THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO ALL CAMP FORTUNE LIFT TICKET HOLDERS, SEASON PASS HOLDERS, RENTAL USERS AND LESSON PARTICIPANTS

Mountain Code of Conduct

Mountain Code of Conduct

Code adopted under the Respecting Safety in Sports Act.

This Code applies to all persons practicing snow sports.

Remain in control of your speed and direction. Make sure you can stop and avoid any person or obstacle.

Yield the right of way to persons downhill and choose a course that ensures their safety.

Stop on a trail only if you are visible from above and if you are not obstructing the trail.

Yield the right of way to persons uphill when entering a trail and at intersections.

If you are involved in or witness an accident, remain at the scene and identify yourself to a first-aider.

Use and wear a proper device to prevent runaway equipment at all times.

Keep out of the lifts and trails if your ability is impaired through use of alcohol or drugs.

Obey all signs and warnings and never venture off the trails or onto a closed trail.

There are elements of risk that common sense and personal awareness can help reduce. Regardless of how you decide to use the slopes, always show courtesy to others. Observe the code listed above and share with others the responsibility for a great outdoor experience. You must obey all other rules and signs pertaining to any particular activity as marked out by the resort.

Smoking and vaping is only permitted in designated areas. Camp Fortune is a cannabis free resort.

The Ticket Holder and Pass Holder recognizes, accepts and assumes the inherent risks of snow sliding sports such as skiing and snowboarding. The Ticket Holder assumes all risks of personal injury or any material damage resulting from the said risks. Among others, the following lists the elements considered inherent risks to the normal practice of a snow sliding sport:

Changing climatic conditions;

Changes in the steepness of the slope;

The presence of natural obstacles and any other natural features, such as ditches, crevices and brooks, rocks, earth, uncovered spots, trees, trees regrowth, natural bushes and stumps, etc;

Ice and ice patches;

Any change to surface condition;

Collisions with skiers or other persons;

The presence of pylons, poles and any other structures used in the operation of the ski area and collisions with these elements;

The use of ski lifts;

The presence on the slopes of grooming equipment, emergency vehicles and snowmaking equipment.

The contract in virtue of which the present lift ticket was issued is subject to the laws in force in Quebec. The holder of the present lift ticket, as well as the issuer of said ticket, agree to elect domicile in the judicial district of Gatineau, province of Quebec and declare that same is the appropriate forum for any and all claims, of whatever nature, arising from the contract in virtue of which the present ticket was issued.

 

Gift Cards-Print at Home

*When the “Print at Home” box is checked online, you will receive your gift cards electronically and can print a paper version at your own convenience. If you require an actual gift card, please go to customer service in the main lodge with your printed copy or the confirmation presented on your mobile.

Product will not be mailed to you unless you contact us at info@campfortune.com with your order number and request.  Gift cards may be redeemed at any Camp Fortune salespoint during any season.

Mountain Bike and Trail Running Day Tickets and Season Passes:

I am fully aware and understand that there are inherent risks involved with the sport of mountain bike riding/racing, which I accept. I am practicing this sport at my own risk and waive all claims of every nature against Camp Fortune, the National Capital Commission and any other participating agencies and sponsors with respect to any loss or bodily injury resulting from participating in any activity such as this. I also understand the rigors of such an activity and have prepared myself physically for the trails. I have inspected the trails thoroughly and noted any potential hazard that may exist. Conditions of the trails may change from day to day and I will exercise caution when using them.

All MTB passes expire on November 15.

No refund will be issued without a valid medical reason as documented by a letter from a medical doctor. Any refund will be subject to a $50 administration fee and will amount to 75% of the paid membership fee if requested before May 30. After that date, no refund will be issued.

Downhill mountain bike season passes will be ready for pick up at Skyline during downhill mtb hours.

Cross country passes will be mailed to you.

Day passes can be displayed on your mobile or printed.

Mountain Pipe Coaster

Passes: upon arrival the pass holder must present his pass at the Guest Services counter inside the main lodge to enjoy the activities. Thunderstorms and bad weather: In the event of a thunderstorm, all activities are closed for a minimum of 30 minutes after the last thunderclap. In the event of unfavourable weather making conditions dangerous, the mountain could cease its activities for an indefinite period without notice. Rain checks will be provided as required.

I am fully aware and understand that there are inherent risks involved with The Mountain Pipe Coaster, which I accept. I am practicing this activity at my own risk and waive all claims of every nature against Camp Fortune, the National Capital Commission and any other participating agencies and sponsors with respect to any loss or bodily injury resulting from participating in any activity such as this.

Aerial Park

Passes: upon arrival the pass holder must present his pass at the Guest Services counter inside the main lodge to receive their activity bracelet to enjoy the activities.

Thunderstorms and bad weather: In the event of a thunderstorm, all activities are closed for a minimum of 30 minutes after the last thunderclap. In the event of unfavourable weather making conditions dangerous, the mountain could cease its activities for an indefinite period without notice. Rain checks will be provided as required.

Please be sure to arrive 30 minutes prior to your departure time. Present yourself at the Guest Services counter in the main lodge to check-in and receive their activity bracelet to enjoy the activities.

All participants must sign a waiver before access to the park is given. Minors(>16) need parental or guardian signature. Leave all personal belongings in your vehicle.

Any cancellations must be confirmed no less than 5 days in advance. Any changes to the party must be made 72 hrs prior to your scheduled reservation.

If a guest chooses not to complete the activity for whatever reason, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.  If the activity must close due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, your ticket will be rescheduled or refunded.

Peak to Peak Ziplines

Peak to Peak Ziplines

THIS ACTIVITY INCLUDES WALKING, STAIRS AND HIGH SPEED ZIPLINES WITH AUTOMATIC BRAKING SYSTEM. A BASIC LEVEL OF FITNESS IS REQUIRED. HELMET AND HARNESS ARE PROVIDED. PARTICIPANTS MUST HOLD ON WITH BOTH HANDS AT ALL TIMES.

Passes: Upon arrival the pass holder must present his pass to get a bracelet to enjoy the activities.

CHECK IN: at the guest services desk where you will be weighed and directed to the meeting and harnessing area. A guide will then escort you to the chairlift where your adventure begins! *All participants must sign a waiver. Minors(>16) need parental or guardian signature. Leave all personal belongings in your vehicle.

All guests must meet weight restrictions of the activity and will be weighed at check-in for verification. Weight restrictions are for safety purposes and are firm.

Thunderstorms and bad weather: In the event of a thunderstorm or high winds, all activities are closed for a minimum of 30 minutes after the last thunderclap. In the event of unfavourable weather making conditions dangerous, the mountain could cease its activities for an indefinite period without notice. Rain checks will be provided as required.

All guests must be present for the pre-activity instructional session and must adhere to the given rules. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that all safety criteria are met in order to access the course.

All tickets are final sale; non-refundable and non-transferable. Use of Drones on Our Site

The personal and recreational use of drones is strictly prohibited on all Camp Fortune property. The use of drones for commercial purposes could be exceptionally authorized following a written request and authorization from Camp Fortune and the NCC. Compliance with the safety conditions and laws must also be respected. Violation of this policy will result in an expulsion from the site.
